Destinations, costs and delivery times for LELUNE jewellery

Destinations

LELUNE ships throughout Italy and to the European Union countries listed during checkout.

We do not currently ship to countries outside the EU.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost is always shown during checkout, before you confirm your order.

Order preparation

Orders are normally prepared within 2 working days of order confirmation.

For products made to measure or modified at the Customer's request (for example ring resizing), preparation may take up to 10 working days, in addition to normal shipping times.

During busy periods, public holidays or company closures, processing times may vary.

Delivery times

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

These times are indicative only and run from the date the order is shipped.

Courier and insured shipping

All orders are entrusted to specialised couriers and travel with insured shipping.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking link and code, which you can use to follow the status of your delivery.

Receiving your delivery

On delivery, please check that:

the number of parcels matches what the courier states;
the packaging is intact and shows no obvious signs of tampering or damage.

If there are visible anomalies, please accept the delivery with a specific reservation or refuse it, and inform Customer Service promptly.

Pursuant to Art. 63 of the Consumer Code, the risk of loss of or damage to the product passes to the Customer only when the Customer takes physical possession of the goods.

Delivery address

Deliveries are made only to complete addresses suitable for receiving goods.

LELUNE reserves the right not to deliver to PO boxes, parcel forwarding or reshipping services, hotels and other accommodation facilities, airports, ports or other addresses that do not allow the recipient to be identified with certainty or the delivery to be carried out properly.
