Right of withdrawal, return conditions and refund times
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), a Customer who qualifies as a Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to give any reason.
The right of withdrawal may only be exercised by the Customer who made the purchase and not by the recipient of a gift.

Your request must state the order number and the products you intend to return.
Once your request has been received, LELUNE will provide instructions for returning the product and the address to which it must be shipped.
The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal.
Conditions for accepting a return
To be accepted, the product must be returned:
- intact and unused;
- in its original condition;
- complete with its original packaging, any certificates, accessories and documentation received;
- with the security seal fully intact.
Products that are incomplete, used, worn, altered or damaged, or returned with the security seal removed, broken, altered or tampered with, will not be accepted.
The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, pursuant to Art. 57 of the Consumer Code.
Products made to measure or modified at the Customer's specific request, including rings resized after purchase, are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as are the other cases provided for by Art. 59 of the Consumer Code.
Return costs
Shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the Customer, who is free to choose the courier.
For greater protection we recommend a tracked shipping service; the Customer remains responsible for the product until it is actually delivered to LELUNE.
Refund
Once the product has been received, LELUNE will check that the return complies with these conditions.
If the check is successful, the refund will be issued within 14 days of the return being accepted using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
The time needed for the amount to actually be credited depends solely on the bank or on the provider of the payment method used.
If the returned product does not meet the required conditions, LELUNE reserves the right to refuse the return, not to issue a refund and to send the product back to the Customer.
