Human Rights
Coscia SRL is committed to fully respecting the fundamental principles of the ILO: equal treatment, absence of discrimination based on gender, race, religion or orientation; absolute prohibition of child labor and any form of forced or coercive labor; recognition of freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining. We promote dignified, safe and respectful working environments in all our locations and along the entire supply chain.
Supply Chain Policy
Coscia SRL applies a rigorous Due Diligence process on the supply chain of precious metals and stones: we evaluate the origin, mining practices and compliance of suppliers through KYC questionnaires, CAHRA checks and independent documentary checks. We only accept gold, silver, platinum groups and gems from traceable sources; we refuse synthetic diamonds or diamonds without conflict-free guarantees. Each batch is registered in order to guarantee complete physical and accounting traceability up to the finished product, ensuring transparency for customers and RJC auditors.
Integrity & Anti-Corruption
Coscia SRL adopts a zero tolerance policy towards all forms of corruption: refusal of bribes, gifts and facilitation payments, constant monitoring of transactions and due diligence on partners. All employees are required to report suspected violations through the confidential and protected whistleblowing channel. Reports are investigated promptly, in full compliance with national laws and RJC standards.
