How can I buy a LELUNE – GLAMOUR jewel online?
To make a purchase of our jewelry online, log in to your account or, if it is your first purchase, register a new one. At this point:
- Add the product(s) you wish to purchase to your cart. (Always remember to choose the right size for you!)
- Select the handbag icon in the top right and click “Proceed to Checkout” to review your order in your cart.
- Select the desired quantities for each item.
- If you have a DISCOUNT CODE, enter it in the appropriate section, then click “Apply discount” and then “Proceed”.
- Review your personal information and shipping address and select “Proceed”.
- Select your payment method (see the relevant FAQ section for more information on payments)
- Add any useful notes and confirm the purchase by clicking “Buy”.
- An email will inform you that your order has been processed.
Discount Code
How does the 'DISCOUNT CODE' work?
The 'DISCOUNT CODE' is a promotional code that allows you to access special promotions dedicated only to you! The “DISCOUNT CODE” will be communicated to you via our Newsletter or via SMS on the occasion of particular events, anniversaries or holidays. If you already have it, all you have to do is enter it in the appropriate field that you find in the cart of your order, during the purchase phase. The discount will be calculated on the total of your order and displayed automatically. Promotional codes cannot be combined with each other and it will be possible to use only one promotional code at a time.
Shipping and Deliveries
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
If you live in Italy, shipping is free starting from €49.90 for products that will be shipped via Express Courier to the address you indicated for delivery. Delivery times vary between 24 and 48 hours. You can still monitor the status of your order via the link you will receive by email following the order confirmation. If you live abroad, a contribution to the costs will be requested which will be highlighted during the purchase procedure. Shipping contributions may vary depending on the type of delivery, the quantity of products to be shipped, their volume, weight and destination. We invite you to contact us for more information. Is my order securely shipped?
Each LELUNE – GLAMOUR shipment is prepared with extreme care and with particular attention to the safety of the products at every stage of transport. Our packages are sealed to resist tampering attempts and entrusted to the best express couriers for a fast and fully tracked delivery. Inside our package you will always find:
- The jewelry you purchased, inside an elegant gift package.
- The guarantee certificate of the jewelry you purchased.
- The receipt of your purchase. If it is a gift and you do not want to receive the receipt in your package, remember to flag the “Gift” icon.
How can I track the shipping status of my order?
At the end of the purchase, you will receive an email to confirm the receipt of your order. Later, when the express courier takes charge of your order, you will receive a second email containing the tracking code from which you can monitor the shipping status of your order.

Can I have an invoice for my purchase?
During checkout you will find the possibility to enter the data for electronic invoicing.
Unless otherwise specified, upon purchase of any LELUNE-GLAMOUR jewel, you will receive, via email and inside the package, the receipt of the order placed.
Guarantees
LELUNE Guarantee - GLAMOUR
The products are covered by a Warranty whose validity is 24 months from the date of purchase of the product. The Warranty consists of the purchase document of the product itself. Each LELUNE-GLAMOUR product is accompanied by a warranty certificate that certifies its authenticity, with all the fundamental characteristics.
Warranty Conditions
All products are accompanied by a LELUNE – GLAMOUR guarantee certificate and are guaranteed for 24 months. The guarantee expires in the event of improper use or tampering with the object.
The Warranty on purchased jewelry lasts 24 months and is valid nationally and internationally. Jewelry repair under Warranty is a free service, if the cause is not accidental, improper use or tampering with the object. The timeframes for repairs under Warranty vary based on the product and the specific case.
Returns and Refunds Policy
How can I make a return?
You can return or exchange the items ordered up to 14 days after delivery by filling out the online return form . Once filled out, you will receive a confirmation email; after which you can proceed with the shipment, independently choosing the carrier you prefer. Once we receive your package, we will send you an email confirming the refund that you will receive within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return.
When is a return accepted?
The Customer has a right of withdrawal which he can exercise, without having to justify the reasons, within a period of 14 working days from the day of receipt of the items.
The right of withdrawal can be communicated within the term indicated above, via email. The shipping costs related to the return of the goods are borne by the customer.
In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the items must be returned intact, in their original packaging in perfect condition, with the security seal intact and after agreement with LELUNE-GLAMOUR. Items returned incomplete, spoiled or damaged due to facts attributable to the Customer, or with the security seal removed or not intact, will not be refunded and will not give rise, under any circumstances, to the recognition of a credit equal to the price of the item initially ordered.
Your return will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the goods at our central warehouse.
Refund times?
The refund will be made with the same payment method used to place the order within 14 working days of acceptance of the return. Once the refund has been made, the technical times for crediting your credit card or Paypal account depend on your banking circuit.
In the event that payment for the products was made by prepaid card or bank transfer, refunds will be made by crediting the card or current account from which the debit was originally made (for the bank transfer we will contact you to provide us with your bank details).
